At Fingerprint, we’re always looking for ways to make our product better for you. Recently, we rolled out customizable insights that enabled you to optimize your fraud detection models.
Today, we’re excited to share that we have a new look for Fingerprint’s Dashboard that will be rolling out over the next few days. This look has been optimized for easier navigation and use for both admins and data analysts!
Read on to see the new updates and improvements — and make sure to keep an eye out for continued improvements in the future.
Key features in the sidebar
We understand it’s important to stay on top of your Fingerprint setup and all the key resources. That’s why we’re bringing our most important features front and center, including API key management, detailed health statistics, security and webhook configuration information, and SDKs and integrations.
Unified settings page
All your account settings can now be found in one place. With the new settings page and dedicated settings sidebar, you’ll find settings much easier to get to, including workspace environments and subdomains, account and billing information, team configuration, and personal and notification preferences.
Smart Signals tabs
Configuration and observability go hand-in-hand, so we’ve put all features related to Smart Signals in one place. Easily tailor Suspect Score weights and see detailed statistics at-a-glance on all of your licensed Smart Signals, including good and bad bot detection, visitors using rooted mobile devices and/or VPNs, and visitors coming to your site in incognito mode.
Workspaces
We’ve received feedback from customers about standardizing the language used throughout the Dashboard, and one common hurdle was that “Application” and “Subscription” were being used interchangeably. Moving forward, “Applications” and “Subscriptions” will be called Workspaces.
A Workspace is a dedicated project space within an account where users can manage and configure their Fingerprint setup. Each Workspace is tied to a subscription and allows users to organize their environments, review analytics, and control integrations. Multiple Workspaces can exist under one account, giving users the flexibility to manage different projects or business units separately.
These are only the first steps in our improvements to the Dashboard UI, so keep an eye out for future updates on our blog. In the meantime, if you have any questions or feedback, please contact us.
