Alvin Ciby is the Director of Growth at Fingerprint with over a decade of experience in tech. He began his career as a data scientist before transitioning into demand generation and operations, eventually moving into growth leadership. At Fingerprint, Alvin leads the growth team and owns the product-led growth motion, focusing on experimentation and optimization across the entire user journey. Over the course of his career, he has helped multiple startups scale and reach successful exits. A digital nomad, Alvin splits his time between Buenos Aires, Argentina; Seattle, Washington; and Medellín, Colombia. In his free time, he enjoys playing padel, exploring new foods, and meeting people from around the world.
